Feel better. Perform better.

elite massage & injury rehab

We provide competitive athletes with deep tissue, sports, injury rehab massage, cupping and myofasical release techniques to improve performance. Using a holistic perspective, we are able to adapt to the athlete’s bodily needs. We will analyze the athlete’s gait and posture to determine whether there is a deeper or hidden cause of recurring aches, pains or injuries. Additionally, we provide prevention treatments to decrease the likelihood of future injury during training.

What our Clients say

Grace is an excellent massage therapist! She is very good at finding problems in the body and knows how to treat and then fix those issues. She is efficient in our weekly sessions. I enjoy her company and feel I am in good hands to keep my body healthy, I would recommend her to anyone!

-Kaela Edwards, Professional Runner for Adidas

I love massages with Grace! I get bodywork to help with muscle tone while I’m training for running events and just generally to relax. Grace is skilled, attentive, and knowledgable. I always leave feeling refreshed!

-Kate Grace, US Olympian and Professional Track Athlete with Nike

I started seeing Grace this past fall and have since been able to put together my most consistent and high intensity training block thus far in my professional running career. Grace listens to my concerns and addresses them effectively, but she is also intuitive and able to address issues I may not even be aware of. Her weekly massages are absolutely integral in keeping my body in alignment and functioning optimally and I could not recommend her more.
