Matt is truly the best message therapist I’ve ever gone to. He spends time in the beginning really listening to me and what my body needs, instead of just doing a basic all over session. I followed him over from another studio and I am so happy to joining him at Elite Massage! This location is SO cute and welcoming. I saw they have community events, which is so fun! Highly recommend. 🙂

I received my second massage from Matt Rentz and it was even better than the first. Matt asked about areas of my body that needed additional attention while also pointing out those areas that seemed unusually stressed and tensed. Matt also introduced his pressure chart (think level of spice when ordering Indian food) which allowed us to discuss and agree upon the level of pressure that he applied during my massage. That was a new experience and I really appreciated his ability to tailor my massage based upon my pressure preferences.
Love the new look at Elite Massage and Injury Rehab…especially the curtains!

Román was great! Very considerate of ongoing pain I had and worked with me to find a blended approach to alleviating chronic pain. Also took a yoga class with Taylor, and she was great. Really created a great environment where the focus was on moving in a way that makes sense for your body

I discovered Elite through its Restorative Yoga class with Jen, and I love her radiant, grounding, and deeply compassionate energy. She created such a powerful and nurturing experience that I was genuinely blown away, not only by her teaching, but overall, by everything Elite has to offer.

Elite provides a truly comprehensive and holistic range of services, from massage and multiple styles of yoga to specialized physical therapy modalities. I’ve been to several wonderful places, but what sets Elite apart is the breadth and depth of its offerings, all under one roof. They also host an incredible variety of lectures led by experts on meaningful and thought-provoking subjects.

What I love is the authenticity of the instructors. Each one is genuine, caring, and clearly passionate about their calling. Elite isn’t just a studio, it’s a community. Grace is the best massage therapist I have worked with. She helped address my migraines and occipital neuralgia with a variety of massage techniques. She is extremely talented and intuitive in knowing how to address chronic pain in a delicate and compassionate way. I had been working with a great physical therapist on my debilitating upper leg and hip pain for 6+ weeks without a lot of improvement. I had 2 other massages in that time with little relief. Then, I scheduled a session with Grace at Elite Massage. What a game changer!! In my first session with her she worked out some target areas of tightness that have really made a difference for me, and my physical therapist has a better idea how to help me now because of Grace’s collaboration with her. I plan to keep a regular appt with Grace for the targeted massage until my issues are in check. After that, less frequent, but more on a maintenance schedule. I finally see an end in sight for my pain.

I have dealt with a laundry list of injuries my entire running career and Grace has been incredible to add to my care team. She pays so much attention to both the small injuries bothering me AND the big picture as to why. Grace is a very skilled massage therapist who always makes me feel like I got my money’s worth after sessions! She is also very nice and easy to talk to, which makes the (sometimes great) pain bearable. She is always conscious of using too much pressure in sensitive areas, and frequently checks in throughout the massage to make sure I am doing alright. Her massage room is always clean and has inviting ambiance. I love seeing Grace!
