The Elite Team

Grace Leger, LMT

Owner & “Level 3” Massage Therapist

Grace found her passion for injury rehabilitation massage during her early running career after facing several persistant injuries. After 5 years of feeling hopeless around her pain from hypermobility and costochondritis, she found the courage to face her pain head on. She decided to not be afraid of her injuries anymore (easier said than done) and after educating herself on her conditions, she felt empowered to try new healing modalities and physical activities. Grace is still hypermobile and continues to have costochondritis flare ups, however, they have stabilized and she is rarely in pain anymore! After coming out of a period of crippling chronic pain, Grace knew she needed to help others facing similar adversities. This led Grace into opening Elite Massage and Injury Rehab in January 2023.

Education

Grace attended a 625-hour program at Boulder Massage Therapy Institute (2021-2022) where she received her License of Massage Therapy. Right out of school, she worked at a sports massage clinic that helped her learn many injury rehabilitation specific techniques. During this time, she discovered her true passion for clients with chronic pain. Nothing is more fulfilling to Grace than being able to watch a client’s recovery process.

While in massage school, Grace attended University of Colorado Boulder (2020-2023) and graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Psychology. in 2023, Grace presented her Exercise Psychology research at the International Society for Quality of Life Studies in Rotterdam, The Netherlands in November 2023 and had her research published in the CU Boulder Honors Journal (click here to read). With her personal and academic experience, Grace understands the mental, emotional, and physical adversities associated with any amount of chronic pain.

In Grace’s free time she enjoys boxing, yoga, traveling to anywhere with a beach, and cuddling with her cat, Walter!

Román García-Martínez, LMT

“Level 1” Massage Therapist

Román graduated from Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy’s 650-hour program in June 2025. This training built Román to be a multi-faceted, talented therapist that is: clinically informed, provides an integrative approach to bodywork, is trained in: deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, and Thai-inspired massage. Román’s approach emphasizes mindfulness, holistic care, embodiment, mind-body awareness, and science-informed techniques. Additionally, he is currently undergoing intensive injury rehab training from Grace.

He approaches massage as both science and art, weaving anatomy, kinesiology, and pathology with intuitive, responsive touch. Guided by a deep interest in how trauma lives in the body, he uses massage as a conduit for healing, recovery, and reconnection—helping clients feel more balanced, mobile, and at home in themselves. He carries forth the conviction that the body is magical and when triggered into the parasympathetic state, the body’s self-healing intelligence unfolds. Since graduating Román continues to strengthen his musculoskeletal anatomy knowledge, exploring mobility exercises that have improved his journey as an athlete with hypermobility. With his hypermobility, Román is safely embodied through the art of movement—dance, weightlifting, and myofascial release. Through massage, Román has learned how to regulate his nervous system, manage fatigue, and support embodied healing–medicine. This is the energy he brings to his clients and community.

Outside of bodywork, you’ll find Román writing, training, dancing salsa and cumbias, hiking in the mountains, sitting by the creek and exploring his home state of Colorado.

Román’s Availability:

Tuesdays 9am-5:30pm

Thursdays 11am-6pm

Fridays & Saturdays 9am-4pm

Jen

Seely

Elite Yoga Instructor

Jen Seely took her first yoga class 18 years ago with the intention to add more stretching and strengthening to her regular exercise routine. She found herself feeling more grounded and peaceful after each practice in a deeper way than she expected. The subtle, transformative power of yoga is what kept her coming back to it over the years.

Yoga slowly became a way of living for Jen as she learned to practice with intention, cultivate present-moment awareness, and deeply feel the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit. Her practice has contributed to significant healing and personal growth during challenging times. In Spring 2024, she completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Pod in Longmont, CO, with the primary goal of deepening her personal practice. However, as she learned more and deepened her practice, she realized she had a passion to share the meaningful gift of yoga with others, too.

Soon after completing her Yoga Teacher Training, she made the decision to take a step back from her 20-year career as an architect to focus on developing her yoga teaching career. Her yoga teacher training includes Vinyasa, Restorative, Trauma-Informed and Pranayama. She is grateful to have found a balance between teaching yoga and practicing architecture, which she now does both part time.

Jen aims to provide mindful, supportive classes while holding a welcoming and light-hearted space for students of all abilities and backgrounds. She is excited and honored to guide others in their yoga practice and pass on what she has learned through her own practice.

Jen’s Classes:

Sundays: Lymphatic Drainage Yoga (4pm) & Free Restorative Yoga (5:30pm)

Garth Reynolds, L.A.c. MSTCM

Acupuncturist

Garth’s interest in healing arts began at the University of Vermont, where he majored in Chinese language and culture. During this time, he began to train in Chinese martial arts and study meditation and medicine. His studies led him to move to Beijing, China, where he spent years immersing himself in Chinese traditional arts and training intensively with an elder teacher of Baguazhang in the martial, healing, and medical arts.

He began his formal medical schooling at Tai Hsuan College of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine in Honolulu, Hawaii. While in Hawaii, he studied with a traditional Taoist doctor and received instruction in qigong, herbal wild crafting, and Taoist arts. He then continued his studies at the prestigious American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco, California, where he earned his Masters of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Since graduating, he has continued to refine his clinical skills with some of the top practitioners in the field.

A pivotal time for Garth came in 2015 when he was suddenly struck by viral encephalitis, an infection of the brain and spinal cord. While he was in the intensive care unit, doctors prepared his family for the worst, as it was a life-threatening illness that would require months of recovery and the possibility of permanent change. Despite all the testing, the medical team could not find a cause or a clear course of treatment. Though the medical staff could not explain it, Garth made a spontaneous recovery. He was discharged from the hospital in a short time and was back to normal within weeks. He credits his lifelong health-building practices for getting him through a dangerous illness and Chinese medicine for his full recovery. This experience instilled a renewed sense of appreciation and inspired him to share this medicine with the world.

Today, Garth continues to deepen his knowledge of medicine, meditation, and martial arts. He specializes in chronic conditions, pain, and injury and finds joy in helping people overcome their challenges and reach higher levels of health. When not in the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and training.

Garth’s Availability:

Mondays 1:30pm-7pm

Wednesdays 10:30am-1:30pm
